Community & Impact

Empowerment

Building sustainable livelihoods and uplifting communities through farming, training, and opportunity.

Our Belief

Business Should Uplift Lives

At Coco Deli, empowerment is not a side project — it is the core of everything we do. We believe that a sustainable business grows best when the community around it grows too.

From providing farming tools and technology to training families in sustainable agriculture, every effort we make is designed to create lasting, meaningful change in the lives of the people we work with.

Our mission is simple: turn every harvest into an opportunity for a better life.

Free Training

Our Know-How, Given Away

Not everyone can join us in person, so we put the training online and left it free. Our two YouTube channels walk through the same methods we use in our own production — filmed in the field, in Filipino, step by step, with nothing held back and nothing to pay.

Anyone can watch: farmers who want a second source of income, students, cooperatives, or another enterprise starting where we started.

No fee, no sign-up, no catch — the knowledge is the point. A skill shared is a skill that keeps working long after we have gone home.

The Unreasonable Why

There is one part no training video covers: why you keep going when stopping would be the sensible choice. Our co-owner, Rodel Sinapilo, wrote a book about it — The Unreasonable Why. Coco Deli was the thing that was unreasonable at the time. The whole Introduction is free to read, with no email to hand over.

How It Works

From Farm to Community

Our community farming model creates a full cycle of value — from growing to processing to selling — with every step benefiting local participants.

From Farm to Community

Our Vision

A Movement, Not Just a Business

We envision a Philippines where every community has access to a sustainable food system and where farming is a respected, reliable livelihood for every family.

Coco Deli Community
Coco Deli is proof that when communities are empowered, everyone wins — the farmer, the consumer, and the planet.
